Forces of Light and Forces of Darkness

White Dragon Society. This group represents interests of some old Chinese royal lineages, supported with many martial arts groups around the world. Their contact person is Benjamin Fulford. Their main motivation is to bring down the Cabal, but their motives may not be completely pure, as they see their role in the new society after the Event as a little bit too dominant and controlling. They also have a strong financial interest in the funds that will be released after the take down of the Cabal. Actually the Resistance had some problems with them in February at secret negotiations about the new financial system and this has resulted in some delays in timeline for the Event.

Japan forgives $3.7 billion of Myanmar's debt - thank you White Dragons!

Japan said Saturday it will forgive about 300 billion yen ($3.7 billion) of Myanmar's debt and resume development aid as a way to support the country's democratic and economic reforms.

The government made the announcement after a meeting between Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda and Myanmar President Thein Sein following a summit with leaders from the five nations of the Mekong River region.

" There is a soul group that keeps reincarnating with the sole purpose of fighting against the Cabal and setting the planet free. In the middle ages, they were fighting against the Inquisition. Each one of us is unique and irreplaceable. There is a higher divine plan which strategically positions each of the Light warriors in a mandala that only the Source has a complete overview of. This mandala is functioning with its full power only if each one of us does his mission. So do your part! If you do not know what your part is, keep searching for it, keep asking for it and you will find it. You do not need to fight with a gun. You can also fight for the Light with a clear vision, with a brilliant mind, with the power of the written word and by many other means. 

Attacking and criticizing messengers such as Benjamin Fulford, Cobra, David Wilcock or Drake is not a wise strategy to help the Light forces. What the messengers do is they only relay info. They are NOT responsible for delays or missed deadlines. 

 

 The plan for the planetary liberation is real and mass arrests play a vital part of this plan. Be aware that Disclosure, First Contact and Golden Age can not happen before the Cabal is removed

 No action will be taken by the Positive Military that could potentially endanger human masses, therefore they will move only when everything is ready.

Victory of the Light in Egypt

" As you probably know, a big victory of the Light has been achieved.  In the first large scale coordinated action of the Positive Military in the human history, the Archon-infested Muslim Brotherhood has been removed from power in Egypt.

  This action is a result of many months of careful preparation and joint cooperation between the Positive Military, Templars, Resistance Movement and even White Dragons, supported by the human masses.  This was one of the main rehearsals for the Event. The experience at the Event will be similar in a way, although it will happen on a scale hundred times larger. The Resistance has gathered a lot of precious intel about the behavior of human population in situations like this, which will be very useful in fine-tuning the masterplan for the Event.  "

" There is a lot of misunderstanding about the bonds the Cabal was issuing since the 1930s. These bonds can be never repaid back since the Cabal does not have the gold they stole throughout the ages from humanity anymore. They are also very short on liquid cash and that little they have is far from enough to repay even a small fraction of those bonds. 

 
The purpose of these bonds is not to extract value from the Cabal but to use them as a tool to enforce the bankruptcy of their corrupt financial system when the time is right. 
 

Historical owners of all that gold and bonds that represent it are not the Chinese, nor Keenan, nor White Dragons Society, nor anybody appointed M1 (monetary controller). The institute of M1 is a creation of the Cabal. The owner and true heir is humanity as a whole and after the Event the collateral accounts will be transferred to humanity in total. 
 

After the Event the Resistance will return the gold to humanity and it will be stored on the surface of the planet to underwrite the new financial system. Therefore that gold will not be traded in open market, whereas gold in private ownership will be traded and exchanged freely.
 

This structuring of the new financial system is one part of a secret agreement which was made between 57 members of the Eastern Alliance in the Monaco Accords meeting in August 2011. 
 

No new M1 will be appointed. No member of the Cabal will be allowed anywhere close to the collateral accounts, let alone the new Jesuit pope, and most of those people will be arrested anyway. 
 

Various groups that are working to liberate the financial system from the hands of the Cabal (White Dragons, Keenan, OPPT) will have advisory role and a council of government officials democratically elected after the Event will be the trustees of the collateral accounts. The whole system will be completely transparent and this transparency will be supervised by the Resistance Movement. 

This new financial system will be only a temporary solution as true cashless society will be created on the surface of this planet after the First Contact, backed up by advanced spiritual technologies of the Galactic Confederation. This cashless society will recognize true value of incarnated human souls and will provide them with physical and spiritual abundance.

New Advanced Technologies

 The Dragon Gate is a sister underground organization parallel to the White Dragon Society. Long time ago, both groups were actually one. But after the Rothschilds, assisted by the Triads,  overthrew the Qing dynasty of China in Xinhai revolution in 1912, both groups had to go underground and they began opposing the Cabal from behind the scenes and then their paths began to diverge. the Resistance Movement had some problems with
the White Dragon Society at the beginning of this year.  There were some
negotiations and soon it was found out that some people inside the White Dragon Society just would like to grab the money for themselves.  I am not speaking of this group as a whole but there are certain individuals inside that group with that
motivation.

A: Aren’t we really at a point though where we have made such strides, we have
accomplished so much in eliminating the darkness on the planet.  There’s really very
little that they can get away with without The Light Being aware of their
shenanigans.

C: That’s true.  This is exactly the reason why it is so important to give the
information out.  Why am I disclosing classified information.  It is because people need to know.  Now’s the time we all need to make choices.  I am given exact instructions of what to say and what not to say.  And I am allowed to say much more than I was allowed to say even a few years ago. 

 

 What do you feel about the new Chinese government.  Anything on that?

Cobra:  It’s an opportunity because there are certain elements in this new Chinese government that are a little bit more open and more in connection with the White Dragons.  The White dragons will get a little more power in the future.  Not a world shattering change.  This is a little bit of an improvement.

 Well that’s good.  More of a positive direction for the planet? 

Cobra:  Yes. A little bit better situation for China.

 Alexandra:  What is your whole opinion of Snowden taking refuge in Hong Kong,
trusting that the Hong Kong people would not turn him in.  That sort of thing.  What
is the strategy behind that whole thing.

COBRA: He knew when he released that intel he would be persecuted and after him.    He knew that China and Hong Kong is under Jurisdiction of China is most likely to protect him and be powerful enough to offer real protection.  This was the basic motivation for that choice.

Alexandra:  I thought it was very ironic.  just go back 10 years.  I can’t imagine
this kind of media attention going down that they are seeking sanctuary in China.

COBRA: The situation in China has changed drastically in the last few years.  The positive white dragons are much the positive white dragons are much more strong.  Cabal has been loosing power in China. The white dragons are much much more powerful and also in Asia and Russia.  This is another reason he went to Russia.

 COBRA:  There is a certain secret organization in whole central America which is similar to White Dragon in Asia.  It is more deep undercover.  They are working to trigger the change in Mexico and surrounding countries.  The situation in Mexico is a little more complicated because the cabal is strong interest there because of the drug trade.  Mexico will recover but it will not be very fast as some other countries.

 Interesting now he also made mention of those who are claiming ownership of the
assets. Which would be OPPT, the Neil Keenan group and the Asian royal families do
you feel that’s accurate.

Not completely they are not claiming to, they are not trying to grab the assets they are trying to liberate the planet. They all have their own version of how to do it and they’re own understanding of the financial system which is incomplete. The Keenan group tries to cash the bonds or use them to trigger the reset. The OPPT group believes in the inner value of human beings and tries to do that but that is not possible not even after the Event but only after the first contact. And the White Dragon group is working behind the scenes sometimes successful sometimes less successfully and they are especially focus on supporting the eastern alliance the BRICS group.

Interesting now you said the OPPT inner value would not really be recognized until
after first contact can you expand on that.

 It is because it can only be recognized when there is an official first contact
made and there is technology and spiritual understanding to support that inner value. Because the masses of humanity need to be ready for this. Your average person will not even understand what they are talking about.

So basically it’s really more about us reaching our mastery.

The OPPT group is trying to awaken people to certain inner principles which can be reached by this way or the other. So my perspective, they have no real power to transform the current financial system.

 OK, you mentioned before the Taiwan White Dragon society is fractured. When
you were there before, did you meet with any of the White Dragon society members? 

COBRA – Its not just the Dragons in Taiwan. The whole Dragons community is
fractured and yes I had contact with a few of those people. It is very clear that some healing is needed in that area.

 Can you tell us what the purpose of the White dragons are
related to the liberation of the planet.?

COBRA – The White dragons is an umbrella term that actually describes various dragon factions.And each of the dragon factions have their own role in the liberation process. Some of them are more political, some of them are concerned with the creation of the alternative financial system and some of them are doing more spiritual work in the
transformation itself.

 “Is there such thing as ascended dragons”?

COBRA – Are you speaking about the Draco population or are you speaking about dragons as animals?

 I would have to say, the sentient dragons of Draco consciousness, like the
White Winged dragons, or those type of beings?

COBRA – There were certain entities of the Draco population that are working on their ascension and are quite close to this. They haven’t reached that yet, but when the Event happens, this will be a great spiritual impulse and some of the Draco population will reach their ascension.

China?

COBRA – He is related to a certain Dragon group that I will not name or mention.

 So the third part of this point on history would be
about the Renaissance and the Dragon families. We’re very curious about this, the
White Nobility in particular. And you said that the Dragon society initiated the
Renaissance in the 16th century and that the year 1504 had been important, we can

example an Asian cabinet. There’s a rumor that at the time of the priestess Marie
Antoinette, there was a Chinese pavilion. So were the Dragons in contact with some

Cobra : Okay. yeah, this is quite a complex subject. Dragon families initiated
Renaissance already in the 15th century. There were some voyages from China with ships. Certain Chinese emissaries came into Florence especially brought documents, brought knowledge, brought understanding. And this was actually the force behind the impulse of the Renaissance in the 15th and 16th centuries in Italy. And after that I would say, especially in the 17th and early 18th centuries, Jesuits traveled to China and exerted a lot of influence on the Chinese court. And also brought many of the ideas from China to Europe. But this has also triggered the positive response because some of the ideas from China took place and were growing especially in Paris in the 18th century, there was a strong movement and strong fascination with the Chinese culture. And Marie Antoinette was very fond of Chinese porcelain. And also before her Madame the Pompadour was very fond of Chinese porcelain. And there were many Asian cabinets in the courts of Europe in the 18th century. And there were also occult Lodges that were connected with Dragon families, for example, the Asiatic brothers, which were active in Germany in the late 18th century. They had some connection with the Dragon families. Goddess Dou Mou was not the main influence at that time in Europe, but there was a lot of influence from the Blue Dragons, especially, and Saint Germain had a connection with China, a strong connection with China already at that time. And he was well aware of the Taoist teachings and the teachings of the Blue Dragon family.
