the Resistance Movement had some problems with
the White Dragon Society at the beginning of this year.  There were some
negotiations and soon it was found out that some people inside the White Dragon Society just would like to grab the money for themselves.  I am not speaking of this group as a whole but there are certain individuals inside that group with that
motivation.

A: Aren’t we really at a point though where we have made such strides, we have
accomplished so much in eliminating the darkness on the planet.  There’s really very
little that they can get away with without The Light Being aware of their
shenanigans.

C: That’s true.  This is exactly the reason why it is so important to give the
information out.  Why am I disclosing classified information.  It is because people need to know.  Now’s the time we all need to make choices.  I am given exact instructions of what to say and what not to say.  And I am allowed to say much more than I was allowed to say even a few years ago. 

 

 

 What do you feel about the new Chinese government.  Anything on that?

Cobra:  It’s an opportunity because there are certain elements in this new Chinese government that are a little bit more open and more in connection with the White Dragons.  The White dragons will get a little more power in the future.  Not a world shattering change.  This is a little bit of an improvement.

 Well that’s good.  More of a positive direction for the planet? 

Cobra:  Yes. A little bit better situation for China.

 Alexandra:  What is your whole opinion of Snowden taking refuge in Hong Kong,
trusting that the Hong Kong people would not turn him in.  That sort of thing.  What
is the strategy behind that whole thing.

COBRA: He knew when he released that intel he would be persecuted and after him.    He knew that China and Hong Kong is under Jurisdiction of China is most likely to protect him and be powerful enough to offer real protection.  This was the basic motivation for that choice.

Alexandra:  I thought it was very ironic.  just go back 10 years.  I can’t imagine
this kind of media attention going down that they are seeking sanctuary in China.

COBRA: The situation in China has changed drastically in the last few years.  The positive white dragons are much the positive white dragons are much more strong.  Cabal has been loosing power in China. The white dragons are much much more powerful and also in Asia and Russia.  This is another reason he went to Russia.

 COBRA:  There is a certain secret organization in whole central America which is similar to White Dragon in Asia.  It is more deep undercover.  They are working to trigger the change in Mexico and surrounding countries.  The situation in Mexico is a little more complicated because the cabal is strong interest there because of the drug trade.  Mexico will recover but it will not be very fast as some other countries.

 Interesting now he also made mention of those who are claiming ownership of the
assets. Which would be OPPT, the Neil Keenan group and the Asian royal families do
you feel that’s accurate.

Not completely they are not claiming to, they are not trying to grab the assets they are trying to liberate the planet. They all have their own version of how to do it and they’re own understanding of the financial system which is incomplete. The Keenan group tries to cash the bonds or use them to trigger the reset. The OPPT group believes in the inner value of human beings and tries to do that but that is not possible not even after the Event but only after the first contact. And the White Dragon group is working behind the scenes sometimes successful sometimes less successfully and they are especially focus on supporting the eastern alliance the BRICS group.

Interesting now you said the OPPT inner value would not really be recognized until
after first contact can you expand on that.

 It is because it can only be recognized when there is an official first contact
made and there is technology and spiritual understanding to support that inner value. Because the masses of humanity need to be ready for this. Your average person will not even understand what they are talking about.

So basically it’s really more about us reaching our mastery.

The OPPT group is trying to awaken people to certain inner principles which can be reached by this way or the other. So my perspective, they have no real power to transform the current financial system.

 Could you explain what you mean by the “Light Forces”?

(Cobra) O.k.We have Light Forces on the surface of the planet, below the surface of the planet and also above the surface of the planet. There are various secret groups that have been working for quite some time on the surface of the planet for the Liberation of the planet. You won’t read about them in mainstream media. You can learn a little about them through alternative media but most of it is still undercover.There are various Dragon groups, for example. Some of them are completely positive, some of them are mixed and some of them are negative. You have Templar groups - again - some of them are extremely positive, some of them are mixed and some of them are negative. And you have some other groups I will not name, which are of a very positive nature. I can only briefly mention one of them and this is the Brotherhood of the Star.There are some groups that are working completely behind the scenes. For example, there is one group that is located in a very remote location, hours and hours away from any civilization, without any cell phones, and is off the grid completely.Then we have the Resistance Movement below the surface of the Earth living in physical underground bases together with the Agartha Network. The Resistance Movement are the physical freedom fighters and the Agartha Network which is a more spiritual aspect of this.Above the surface of the planet are various positive extra-terrestrial forces that form the Galactic Confederation.

 Taiwan is a very special place. I would say, the main stronghold of the
positive Dragon Societies.There is a very strong community of the light forces there and we'll have a very special conference for that occasion. So everybody welcome to both places.

 OK, you mentioned before the Taiwan White Dragon society is fractured. When
you were there before, did you meet with any of the White Dragon society members? 

COBRA – Its not just the Dragons in Taiwan. The whole Dragons community is
fractured and yes I had contact with a few of those people. It is very clear that some healing is needed in that area.

  If we are changing into a completely new social
and financial system, why have the Royal families such as the European Royal
families and the Chinese Dragon families in charge of all the wealth of the entire
globe.

COBRA – They are not in charge of the wealth.  They think they are in charge.  This is precisely, one of the reasons why it’s taking so long because.  So few of those families do not wish to release attachment to the world wealth.  One way or the other, when the event happens, this wealth will help ____ for humanity and be given to the whole of humanity.

  OK.  Thank you.  Why are the Royal Chinese families calling themselves
Dragons when in the occult an esoteric meaning of the word, it is reptilians.

COBRA – It is not the only meaning of the word.  Actually I will explain.  There
were the Draconian race that came to this planet has two factions. The majority of them were, I would say, the bad guys but there were some good Draconian factions.  The one part of the mission of the good part was to be custodians and guardians of the wealth of the planet.  In the West this project did not succeed.  In the east It was successful to a certain degree.  The original plan of the dragon families was to give this wealth to humanity.  Along the course many of them got corrupted so this is the problem.  The problem is not their origin, the problem is not the symbol of the Dragon, the problem is  human personality.  And this is the problem and everywhere around the planet regardless of the names that they give to those people or those groups.

 Can you tell us what the purpose of the White dragons are
related to the liberation of the planet.?

COBRA – The White dragons is an umbrella term that actually describes various dragon factions.And each of the dragon factions have their own role in the liberation process. Some of them are more political, some of them are concerned with the creation of the alternative financial system and some of them are doing more spiritual work in the
transformation itself.

I have a second question about the Dragons and its on the Gold dragons and
the Blue dragons. Can you define their differences and their specific roles?

COBRA – I would say that the Blue Dragons are the spiritual side. They are the ones who have been contacted by the Agarthan network many hundreds of years ago and their spiritual power comes from that connection with the Agarthan network. The Gold Dragons or I would say the Yellow dragons are the ones trying to bring positive change in the political structure in the East and gradually with their connection for the Templars also in the West.?

 “Is there such thing as ascended dragons”?

COBRA – Are you speaking about the Draco population or are you speaking about dragons as animals?

 I would have to say, the sentient dragons of Draco consciousness, like the
White Winged dragons, or those type of beings?

COBRA – There were certain entities of the Draco population that are working on their ascension and are quite close to this. They haven’t reached that yet, but when the Event happens, this will be a great spiritual impulse and some of the Draco population will reach their ascension.

 COBRA : Yes, we are developing under the guidance of the Pleiadians and under the guidance of various Light Force groups. We’re developing advanced technologies which can assist as much as possible in the healing process for humanity until the time of The Event.One of those technologies is Tachyon technology. We are bringing Tachyon healing chambers and there is a formula for healing and wellness that can improve the vibrational frequency of human beings with tachyons.And there are also advanced laser systems which have been developed by certain Dragon Groups. Termination shock is the area of the so called Chimera barrier
with many ships of the Chimera and the highest concentration of toplet plasma bombs of the Chimera group.  The light forces are now removing this.  It has not been removed yet completely but there is progress.  Because there was progress certain new communication channels have opened between various factions inside the solar system, below the surface of the planet.  It also reflects on the surface of the planet especially in the Eastern Alliance within the Dragon factions and the Eastern alliance groups, there is quite much progress as a result of this.

 COBRA – Plasma based medicine works on the principles of harmonizing the plasma flow.  We have our plasma bodies which are not exactly the same of our etheric bodies.  The plasma body is actually  a changed electromagnetic potential body which works on difference between various electro-magnetic potential space and if you harmonize that you can increase human health dramatically.  Basically, what the dark forces have done, they have created scalar technology which distorts the plasma matrix of the plasma body and creates illness.  Plasma medicine actually references those negative effects those harmful effects of the scalar technology and creates a health matrix in the plasma body which as a consequence balances the electro flow inside of the physical cell membrane.  And of course this restores the physical
health.

Is this technology available on earth right now?

COBRA – It is in a state of development.  Dragon forces, positive dragon forces are developing this but there is much resistance and there is much. . .   It’s not that easy.  It’s in a state of development right now. Some of those devices are already available and some of them are in state of being introduced.  

Cobra, do you see these technologies being utilized on earth post Event, and
if so like how long if they’re still in development?

COBRA – One of the major problems is money because people don’t have money and would like to have those devices. Those devices they need to be built and developed inside of the current  system.  When we have the financial re-set it will be very easy to massively produce and spread them around the planet.

 You said many of the Dragon families were especially in Taiwan. Are
these Dragon families disgusted with people in the West?

COBRA – I would say that many of the Dragon families I’m referring to are not known in the West. I would say just that what is known in the West is just the tip of the iceberg and there is much more which is not discussed anywhere for a very good reason.

How do they feel about us? how do they look at Western countries?

COBRA – Those that I have contact with have no judgment of the West. They don’t see western people in a certain specific way. They would just like to unite everybody on the planet for the goal of the planetary liberation.

 Are there artists who are connected with the light forces? How about Leonaldo
da Vinci for example?

Cobra: He just copied the information from the Dragon sources who bought it from China

 in regards to the History of CHINA: These are questions about the
Hongmen, which is a secret society of China.  Can you tell us if there is a
relationship between the Hongmen and Freemasons and what is it?

COBRA – Actually some people called them the Chinese Free masons.  They are not exactly Free Masons but they are a secret society or I would say semi-secret society based on masonic model and there are both positive and negative mixed in those groups out there.  Some of them are connected to the Dragons, but I would say not the majority of them. And they are not the Dragons.

Can you tell us about their ideals and if their ideals are related to
Gnosticism?

COBRA – I would say a small percentage of those groups have a Gnostic ideal but most likely it’s more about brotherhood and support.  Actually Chinese diaspora around the world use this to support them in sometimes unfriendly environment.

 Is Marcos related to the White Dragon Society or positive Dragon Families of
China?

COBRA – He is related to a certain Dragon group that I will not name or mention.

 It has been said that in the past dragons protected portals and stargates
probably more in the etheric realm.  They were restrained by the dark forces from
doing their job.  Can you tell us more about this.

COBRA – Actually there was always a battle, a conflict between the positive dragons and the Cabal regarding the guardianship of those portals and this is on-going conflict is going for thousands upon thousands of years and it’s still happening.

 Are dragon families limited to physical plane, or some of them are living in the
energy planes of the Earth ?

C : They are both physical and non physical.

P : Does Chinese-style, snake-like dragon really exist ?

C : Those types of dragon entities did exist, especially in various star systems of the Draco constellation, and also they existed on the physical form, and they also existed below the surface of this planet.

The next question is related to a specific type of meditation called Tri Sphere
Meditation.

Cobra –  That is a very special meditation which has been released by a certain Dragon group, which aligns a group of people based on, I would say, their astrological chart and other factors, and it is a very effective way to utilize the power of a small, dedicated group to influence the planetary situation positively.

 According to Corey, China has dominated the Earth Alliance. Which faction do
the top leaders of China belong? Are there any physical contacts between Chinese
leaders and any extra-terrestrials? If so, with which races? Does China have its own
SSP?

COBRA: Some of the top leaders belong to the Alliance and are in contact with Dragon families, other have ties to Rothschilds/Jesuits. They do not have direct contact with positive ETs. Yes, there is a Chinese SSP...some Dragon groups want full Disclosure

 Is the key content in the Chinese “Book of Mountains and Seas” (Shan Hai Jing)
related to the Atlantis civilization or other alien civilization? What is the true
purpose of this book?

COBRA: It is related to ancient Chinese civilization and has positive Dragon
influences.

 The dragon groups moved their stronghold to Taiwan in 1949. The Nationalist
government retreated to Taiwan in the year. Did Chiang Kai-shek have connections
with dragon groups or other light forces so that he made such decision?

C : Yes he had connection with the Dragon groups, who guided the bringing of the Imperial treasure to Taiwan, part of this is in the national museum in Taipei

 Red Dragons or the Blue Dragons? Are they doing meditations with us as
well? Are they aware of it?

C: I would say the Blue Dragon especially is having their own meditations, and they are also aware of our meditations, especially the larger mass meditations which are announced on my blog (The Portal) and when they go viral they [The Blue Dragon] are aware of it and supporting it

Cobra Taiwan is a very special place on the surface of the planet. I would say that Taiwan is the central point of the most Mass concentration of humanity where the most populated area on the planet. The second reason is that Taiwan is an island which has a very strong energy vortex. The third reason is that  from the end of the Ming Dynasty to the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, many Dragon families have escaped from mainland China and settled in Taiwan. and they are quite present in Taiwan. So this dragon energy is supporting our conferences. This is actually the reason why we are having conference is there. This is the place one of the most positive Dragon family support places from the planet

You said recently (mid 2020)  Dragon sources have repeatedly communicated
that they would organize the full disclosure of the Chinese secret space program if
the Chinese government attempts to invade Taiwan by force. Are they certainly sure
that such Intel can guarantee peace and safety for Taiwan?

Cobra: There are no guarantees, but this is one action they could take to prevent war from happening. And they of course have other plans which have not been made public yet. They have other steps to take, which could be taken. So positive Dragons are aware of the tension between Taiwan and China and they have plans which can be activated if those military situations escalate.

 Do the Dragons expect the cross-strait tension between China and
Taiwan to be relieved after the Presidential inauguration of the United States?

Cobra: Oh, okay. The Light Forces and the Dragons are doing whatever they can to stabilize the situation there. It's not yet stabilized completely. And this is not only connected to the elections in the United States. It is connected to the global geopolitical situation and is connected to the plans of the dark forces for their own version of the reset. Of course, their own... the dark version of the reset will not happen, but they are doing whatever they can to bring us as close as possible to that dark timeline. And the conflict between China and Taiwan is part of their plans. So the Light Forces are addressing that situation and trying to stabilize it as much as possible.

 So the third part of this point on history would be
about the Renaissance and the Dragon families. We’re very curious about this, the
White Nobility in particular. And you said that the Dragon society initiated the
Renaissance in the 16th century and that the year 1504 had been important, we can
see in the Trianon in Versailles, certain Asian influence in the decoration. And for
example an Asian cabinet. There’s a rumor that at the time of the priestess Marie
Antoinette, there was a Chinese pavilion. So were the Dragons in contact with some
families of White Nobility in the following, in the next centuries? And can we feel
in Europe a new connection with them and the Goddess Dou Mou ?

Cobra : Okay. yeah, this is quite a complex subject. Dragon families initiated
Renaissance already in the 15th century. There were some voyages from China with ships. Certain Chinese emissaries came into Florence especially brought documents, brought knowledge, brought understanding. And this was actually the force behind the impulse of the Renaissance in the 15th and 16th centuries in Italy. And after that I would say, especially in the 17th and early 18th centuries, Jesuits traveled to China and exerted a lot of influence on the Chinese court. And also brought many of the ideas from China to Europe. But this has also triggered the positive response because some of the ideas from China took place and were growing especially in Paris in the 18th century, there was a strong movement and strong fascination with the Chinese culture. And Marie Antoinette was very fond of Chinese porcelain. And also before her Madame the Pompadour was very fond of Chinese porcelain. And there were many Asian cabinets in the courts of Europe in the 18th century. And there were also occult Lodges that were connected with Dragon families, for example, the Asiatic brothers, which were active in Germany in the late 18th century. They had some connection with the Dragon families. Goddess Dou Mou was not the main influence at that time in Europe, but there was a lot of influence from the Blue Dragons, especially, and Saint Germain had a connection with China, a strong connection with China already at that time. And he was well aware of the Taoist teachings and the teachings of the Blue Dragon family.

 So the priestesses, there were just to
be clear, there were influenced by the Chinese culture and they had porcelain, but
they also had some, perhaps some mysteries to exert themselves.

Cobra : There was a limited amount of mysteries present, especially through Saint Germain. He was talking a bit about this to certain people who were ready for it. And there was, as I said before, certain Lodge called the Asiatic brothers in Germany that had some contact with Blue Dragon teachings. So those teachings were present, but were not widely known. There were only very limited circles of highly advanced initiates.

 You also mentioned the link between the vortex of Taiwan
and the one of Paris. Can you please tell us a bit more about it?

Cobra : Yes, it is actually a strong, energetic connection, which was already
established in the 18th century, as I said before between the courts of Europe and the Dragon family in Taiwan. The Dragon family in Taiwan was very active since the Ming dynasty in the 17th century and had to go undercover partially in the 18th century, but was still very active and send some emissaries to Paris and some of the German courts in the 18th century and was connected to Saint Germain also to a certain degree.

some key positive Dragon members in mainland China have been killed or arrested. What is the impact of these incidents on the strategy of the Light Forces? And what
is the situation of the remaining Dragon members? Are they safe now?

Cobra: They're keeping a low profile. They have received some additional
instructions how to proceed but the exact strategy is of course classified.

 What is the significance of Dragon families in terms of
Planetary Liberation?

Cobra: Yeah, we have two main groups, the blue dragons and the red dragons. That is simplified version of it. So the blue dragons are working especially with the spiritual side of the Planetary Liberation. They're working with the meditations, with their occult practices, with their positive manifestation rituals, with their energy work. And the red dragons are working, especially with Intel in the militaries and with the financial system. And most of their work is not public. It's not visible for obvious reasons.

How can Lightworkers and Lightwarriors with Dragon origins
effectively use Cintamani stones or other minerals when they try to connect with
their home-world?

Cobra: Okay. Those who are of the Dragon origin would need to find their own stone that is connecting their home world. And this haven't been found yet on the surface of the planet. It's not yet publicly known. So, until then they can use regular meteorites, which are a close approximation to that. So a regular iron-nickel meteorites are the closest approximation I can find at the moment.

Patrick: Okay. So next question. Is there any Dragon family presence in South
America?

Cobra: Yes, but very little.

Daoist literature has many records about Eastern gods,  Goddesses and Immortals. Are most of those beings living in Eastern Agarthan  network? 

Cobra: Most of those beings have ascended already and have left the planet, and some  of them are definitely living in the Eastern Agarthan network.

 Will they come up to the surface after the Event to  enlightened the surface population, especially people live in China and Taiwan? 

Cobra: At some point, yes, they're planning to come to the surface when the  conditions are right and those who are ascended might manifest in their Light bodies  and also enlighten the surface population when the time is right.

 we know there are Goddess ley lines and  vortexes. So can you elaborate on Dragon ley lines and vortexes, especially their  formation and purposes?

 Cobra: Dragon ley lines and vortexes are embodying the Divine Masculine principle,  and information about them is not yet to be revealed to the surface population  because the situation is not ready yet.

is the Dragon ley line the same as a "Dragon Vein" in Feng Shui?  

Cobra: Yeah, it is very similar.

In terms of percentage, how many active Dragon  ley lines and vortexes are there around the world? 

Cobra: Most of them are not activated yet. They're in dormant state precisely for  the reason I said before. The time is not right, not right yet.

So how can we assist the activation of Dragon ley lines and vortexes?  

Cobra: When the time is right, assistance and guidelines will be given.

 Can you please introduce some important  Dragon ley lines and vortexes to our audience? 

Cobra: I cannot do so because it's not time yet. The only thing I can say that most  of the key Dragon ley lines, especially in mainland China, are connected to main  mountain ranges in China.

 The Goddess vortices appear to be mainly in the European continent. Does it imply that there are more Masculine vortices in Asia?
 

Cobra: Actually there are many Masculine ley lines in Asia and Dragon ley lines, and they will have quite much of a role in the Event and after the Event, but it's not time to talk about that yet.

Terry: I see. But there are also female vortices in Asia?

Cobra: Yes, of course.

 Could the Event occur when the causal plane is cleared and the physical underground pits are removed, or the activation of the Dragon vortices be required to be activated for the Event to occur?
 

Cobra: This is not a requirement.

 

 

Term Search-"Positive Draconians"

I have a question. Someone actually asked this and it’s good to know it kind of coincides with the talk here.  Someone wants to know, ‘Were Dragons real? Where do they come from? When were they on earth? And what happened to them?’
 

COBRA – Okay – Dragons as entities were real.  They were living here for, actually for many millions of years – part of the animal evolution.  Some of them evolved beyond animal evolution and many of them were part of the Draconian archetype.  And of course we have the positive Draconian archetype and the negative Draconian archetype. And both were present on the planet. It’s quite a complex picture.
 

I have kind of a personal question. Did any of them actually breathe fire?
 

COBRA – Not breathe fire, but I would say a strong, not a physical fire, but etheric fire, yes.  I would put it this way.

Would you say are there any of the positive reptilians out there of the
dragon type? Obviously, they get a lot of bad press, like the Grey’s and stuff, and
obviously with so many different types of genuses of the human type bi-pedal, two
arm humans or whatever that there are many different ones.  Were there positive ones out there?
 

COBRA – Yes, there are positive reptilians out there.  There are not many, but they do exist.

a higher dimension of Dragon. So cobra, is the Dragon in China a branch of
Draconis group? Is there any difference between Chinese Dragon and West Dragon?
 

COBRA Chinese Dragon is coming from Thuban (alpha Draconis), the most prominent faction of the positive Draconians. They are one of the founding sources of Chinese culture and one of the main reasons why dragon as a symbol has positive connotations for Chinese. Thuban was a polar star 5000 years ago when Thuban Draconians descended on Earth, using Chendgu vortex as the entry point.
 

 Where do most Chinese souls come from? Is it true that these souls come from Do Mou’s hometown, Big Dipper? And when did these souls began to get controlled under Dragon? Did genes of Chinese people have been modified by Dragon?
 

COBRA Thuban Draconians used genetic engineering to insert part of their genome into the native Han population. Most Chinese souls come from Earth. Extraterrestrial Chinese souls come from many star systems, including Big Dipper.
 

There’s a very ancient Chinese legendary story named “NuWa Creates Human” (NuWa is a goddess in Chinese mythology). Is Nu Wa a lizard being? What is the truth behind this story? Are Chinese people made by these lizard-like beings and became offspring of the reptilian beings?
 

COBRA NuWa belonged to Thuban Dracos and has actually defended the Chinese against the Reptilians. Chinese legend actually says that she killed the black dragon to provide relief for Ji Province

 Qian Xuesen, a very famous Chinese scientist, who co-worked in 1940’s with scientists that participated in the “Paper Clip ” project in United States, and came back to China in 1950’s and became father of missile and rocket in China for his remarkable contribution. In his later years, he greatly promoted the research of QiGong and psychic ability. So was there any support from light force behind him? Was there any connection between QiGong exploration tide in China and awakening wave of western countries in 1980s?
 

COBRA Yes he had support of the Light forces. QiGong exploration tide in China and awakening wave in the West were part of the same Galactic wave of awakening that surrounded our planet between 1987 and 1995.
 

Several decades ago, Chinese military did a lot of nuclear tests in Lop Nor located in western desert of China. It was said that there are entries to the center of earth and zombies in Lop Nor. Could you tell us whether there are some secrets there?

COBRA: Sanxingdui civilization was the main anchor point of an extraterrestrial
faction from Thuban (alpha Draconis), the most prominent faction of the positive Draconians. Many Taoist writings are very beneficial for Ascension process.

confirm that, that they that's that's what they deserve or are there, are there

Cobra: I would say 80 to 90% of Dracos are really negative. I mean, there are some good Draco factions. One of them is Thuban Dracos, which have established the high culture in China about 5,000 years ago. And actually I have met one positive Draco many years ago, but the most of them are not really nice. They have this war mentality, trigger habit. They are not positive beings. Cobra: His name is Jimmu and he came from the positive draconian race from one of the, I would say, Royal draconian lineages. And he was connected to Goddess of the Sun Amaterasu. So he was the one who actually brought certain high culture in Japan when he actually landed there many, many thousands of years ago.
