 The IS:IS Portal Activation last year in December was the most difficult one - with
very positive consequences. One of those is the return of the Goddess Dou Mu. She
entered through a place within the Agartha Network, coming from a different star
system. The Dragon families are protecting her and are caring for her well being.
They have a special Laser technology that sustains the functioning of her pineal
gland.

 After the fall of Atlantis, under the influence of the archons, the surplus
population were oppressed into a low tech society. This applied to everyone except
the Chimera groups. Since the Renaissance, there has been an influx of information
originating in stars and galaxies. For example the printing press, the history of
which is largely misunderstood, enabled every human being to have the possibility of
reading and therefore receiving Intel. The printing press technology was held by the
Blue Dragon Societies from China. This knowledge was taken to Florence and other
cities. Advanced technologies were introduced in the 19th-century, when there was a
serious effort to ‘reach the stars’. Although this was unsuccessful the knowledge
was picked up by  a German secret society leading to the development of Airships.
This knowledge passed over to the USA. Tesla was involved, and tried to build a
craft that would reach Mars, but the supporting technology and understanding was not
there, so that attempt failed.

The second attempt was in Germany. The Thule Society initially was of the ‘Light
Forces’. Telepathic communication with the Pleiadians was achieved. Schumann (of
‘resonance' fame) built an operational flying machine in Bavaria.  The Thule Society
was taken over by the dark forces (in particular, Hitler). Rudolf Steiner left. The
Nazis formed treaties with ET societies. When World War II started, the Pleiadians
withdrew from having any further contact.

 Eastern Alliance -  The Eastern Alliance is an alternative financial infrastructure.
It is not tied in any way to the Federal reserve. Talks with the Dragon Families
have led to a plan to defeat the Cabal. The best method is simply to bankrupt them.
The current financial system in the world is primitive. The East is building a more
sophisticated system. The BIS and the Fed etc work for the Cabal at the top levels.
China, Russia, India, South Africa, Brazil etc have got top people in. This
initiative has the silent support of the positive military. There is a secret group
in South America – a military group – that is making sure that the Cabal cannot stop
this process.

A new alternative is being set up to the SWIFT clearing system. A new Russian
payment card is being developed. Also, systems are being developed for direct
exchange without using the American dollar.  China has gathered together most of the
world’s gold. The Yuan is set to become one of the world’s new reserve currencies.
Three years ago the suggestion was made that a basket of currencies form the new
reserve currency. But, there is a risk. The Jesuits have sought to penetrate the
structure of the Eastern Alliance, and hope that way to get global control of the
new financial system.
 

Forces beyond this planet are observing what is going on, from their mother-ships,
and monitoring.The entire world debt is in the region of $233 trillion.

 Northern Taiwan holds the largest underground project (of the Galactic (and
terrestrial) Light forces (60km x 100 km) which can house 1 billion Pleiadians and
is expanding to be able to house 3 billion. It houses teleportation devices and 1000
tons of gold. On July 16th, 2016, at the Ascension conference here in Taiwan, there
was a huge energy break through for the planet. This area is a very strategic point
in the energy grid and is very much assisting in the compression breakthrough for
the planet with the help of the Dragon family. (In my first trip here, for the
conference, i could feel and see the Light energy of this area, most tangibly in the
hearts and eyes of the beautiful Taiwanese Light workers) The Dragon family goes
back to the end of the Ming Dynasty, when the Manchurians in Mongolia (from the
Ching Dynasty, who were not Chinese) came to China. The original Ming were a
militant as well as a spiritual family and went underground and migrated to Taiwan. 

The Jesuits and Rothschilds created the opium wars to stifle the spiritual progress
of the Chinese. After WW II other dragon families infiltrated Chinese society. So
the current day Dragon family is connected to this underground base in northern
Taiwan and is very active in the liberation of our planet on many levels. The
Taiwanese (Anthem Chang, founder) in Taipei have grown a rather large group of
Lightworkers to affect our liberation.

We, on the surface of the planet, are triggers for the Compression Breakthrough and
are helping establish the Cintamani grid on the planet. Plasma energy (tachyons)
exist in and flows through these stones and helps transmit and ground the Light to
the earth. The Agarthians have asked to bring the Cintamani stones into caves… the
deeper, the better, to generate vortex’s and anchor Angelic Beings.

The group here at the conference theoretically can change the world, if they follow their mission 100%.
But it is not just the 270 people here. We have 10s of millions of ascended beings and galactic forces helping us, including the Pleiadians, various secret Dragon groups, and Chinese Dragon groups. WE ARE NOT ALONE! They are all supporting in a certain way. There is a lot of support. When you decide to follow your mission, you will get support in many unexpected ways. 

During the next phase we will need the Goddess Energy strongly. The RM guards many sacred caves on the planet. The Agartha network also guards sacred caves and certain lineages of Goddess Priestesses are guarding others. A conference group in the past has seen a Goddess cave in Hawaii and there is one close to Budapest too. These caves have had a very important role in the Compression Breakthrough for 1000s of years and have held the Goddess energies and mysteries for ages. Some of the caves became treasure caves holding crystals etc; in other caves certain objects of power were hidden. These caves are activated now and closer to The Event they will radiate Goddess power.

Kyoto area is very powerful Dragon Vortex. 

This is the main reason the Ascension Conference was given in Kyoto, not in Tokyo. This is the location of original Dragon Vortex in Japan. As you probably know, Kyoto was a royal city before it was moved to Tokyo about 200 years ago. A certain dragon family came from Tang Chinese Dynasty in 7th century. This family is still living in Kyoto, working behind the scene. If you want, you can find them. They are in hidden place in Kyoto.There is a certain Shinto shrine that will close at 5pm in Northern Kyoto region.
This area is very important energetically. This is why so many stones were buried.

 Q. Was Kyoto built by the lost 12 tribes of Israel who came to Japan long time ago? 

A. Ok, this is a myth that I can not confirm. There was some exchanges between Egypt
and Israel and Japan at that time, but the situation was little bit different from
the myth.

Q. Historical speaking, would you name some positive dragon beings from Kyoto?

A. There is various strong dragon traditions in Kyoto. As I mentioned dragons came
from mainland China, and some of them are still living in Kyoto.

Q. Kyoto is said to be the prototype of Heian-kyo built by the Hata clan, so did you
mean that this Hata family is the Dragon family?

A. This is one line, but not the only one bloodline.

 Q. If Kyoto is the birthplace of and associated with dragons, what role does Mt.Fuji
have?

A. Mt. Fuji is a very strong energy vortex. It is a main entry point of Galactic
Confederation. (audience applauding)

Is the Dragon Group involved in the murder of Shinzo Abe?

A. This is a complex situation. Basically, before that situation, Dark Forces went
too far. Assassination of Shinzo Abe was a warning for their leaders understandings
of their leaders what may happen if they do not beg down. I would not go too much in
detail, but I would say that certain protection which was around Shinzo Abe at that
time was breached. This was not a work of Dragons.

 Q. The forces of light are predicting that Taiwan and Japan will pull the trigger on
the event, but is this about the people as a whole, the lightworkers, or the dragon
family?

A. Taiwan and Japan is a key for the whole planet because there is a higher
concentration of light workers on the planet with the highest amount of cintamani
stones under the ground. So, it is a plan energetically trigger the Event and the
light grid here in Japan and Taiwan.

Q- There are 41 countries that wish to join BRICKs, is this a sign that the Eastern
Union is getting stronger?

A. I will explain. The Dragon families have decided in few years ago, because the
West will not agree the agreement that was made between them in last century, and
because the western nations stole their Yamashita gold, they have decided to take
the power away from the West. They are the Eastern Aliance. There were certain Black
Dragon and Green Dragon families from Kyoto involved in those groups. They are
trying to make the gold-backed currency to reach the bankrupt western banks. There
was a certain announcement from Bricks just yesterday about the gold backed currency
in August this year. Western countries try to trigger another world war before that
happens. Light forces do whatever possible to maintain peace this time. There was a
plan to blow up the Persian nuclear plant but that was avoided and nuclear war was
prevented. So, the light forces are doing whatever possible to maintain peace in
this critical period. Unfortunately, final agreement between light forces and dragon
families can not be reached because dragon family itself is not aligned to the plan.
But the situation will be solved one way or another.

 Q. China is becoming a stronghold of Dark forces. What is Light forces’ counter
measures? I also want to know the action of positive dragons in China.

A. Light forces are taking counter measures but it needs to be classified. And,
action of the dragons also has to be classified.

 Is there a dragon family in Korea? And why are there not so many lightworkers in
Korea?

A. Yes, there is a dragon family in south Korea, and they are from Tang dynasty
also. About the problem in Korea, there is little organized group of light workers.
They need to be reconnected, reorganized and start working together.

 Q. what is the difference between Draconian beings incarnated from Antares system
and those dragon families on the surface.

A. There is currently no draconians from Antares star system. There were dragons
from that star system but long long time ago.

 So, what is happening now is reactivating positive Network of Light. All the Dragon
Leylines will be reactivated by the Light forces shortly.

Dragon Leylines of Japan

Those leylines will be reactivated in future. (audience applauding with admiration
and excitement)OK, there are 3 dragon leylines that goes through Japan.

1. Central leyline that goes mountaintop of central Japan.
2. Another leyline comes from South to North on the west coast line.
3. Another leyline goes east coast (while pointing the line from north to south) 

Actually, this conference is the first activation taking place in Kyoto which is the
central activation point of the dragon leylines. Etheric activation from Kyoto will
activate the dragon network.

 Q. What are the important dragon vortexes in Kyoto, Japan? 

A. I can not answer this question right now.

 Whenever you forgive, you start a new manifestation cycle. You de-manifest all
manifestation you don’t need anymore, and create a space for the new manifestation. 

You can de-manifestate every old thing that you don’t need in your life anymore. You
can de-manifest cancer from your body. You can de-manifest the war in Ukraine as a
collective if we are strong enough meditation group. We have de-manifested the war
in Syria. This is the power of Forgiveness and De-manifestation.

Also, when you have a huge chaotic problem in your life, you first have to focus on
a small problem that you can handle with.

If you harmonize the smaller problems, it will start harmonizing the whole wave
function. And then, whole situation will be resolved.

The same thing will happen about healing the Dragon vortex in Kyoto. This will heal all the dragon vortex in Japan.

 Q. The other day you mentioned a shrine in Kyoto where the Dragon family lives and
closes at 5:00 p.m. Can you tell me which shrine that is?

A. No for sure. We don’t want everybody rushing there, this might create a problem. You can check all the shrines that opens until 5pm. (audience laughter)

Q. Can you tell me roughly where in Kyoto? 

A. Kyoto area. (audience laughter)

 Q. Is the Phoenix a race of dragons? If so, does it signify the liberation of a
planet or the reincarnation of a planet? Or are you referring to a planetary-scale
operation?

A. Phoenix is not a race of dragon. They are different races. The phoenix has the
strong connection with the galactic central sun.

*Light workers need to understand fight between LW are enforced by the Dark Forces;
99% conflicts are no meaning, no purpose. When fighting they are dark workers, so
the key is to be aware of the highest purpose of the people you are fighting, stop
fighting and come together

*Dragon family decided in defeating the west a few years ago, because the Dark Forces not paying money, western nation stole gold, so they decide to take power over the west by defeating them, certain dragon family from Kyoto participate and will bankrupt the west. Yesterday Russian TV announced gold backed currency, BRICK plan to announce this gold backed currency in August; NATO try to escalate world war to stop it; Light Forces & Goddess are doing whatever possible to maintain peace;
unfortunately, dragon and Light Forces didn’t come to an agreement, Dragon families

 The problem we have in the liberation process taking decades is the people called
White Hats in military and financial system who are preparing mass arrests and all
that have been corrupted in the process. We have many problems within the dragon
families who are fighting each other. We are fighting because to decide “who is the
owner of the collateral accounts”. So many many opportunities are missed. For those
reasons, the light forces added some changes on the original plan. There will be
much more direct interactions with the light forces. There will be no intermediates.
So the whole process is about bringing abundance to humanity. Those who attempt to
stop this will be physically arrested and removed from the process because these
abundance needs to be given to humanity as soon as possible. So the White Hat
community will no longer be tolerated in that process

 Q. What does the Dragon family in Kyoto, Japan usually do? It is said that their
roots are connected to the Chinese Yellow Emperor and Sumerian civilization, but is
it true?

A. They have founded Kyoto in the 6-7th century. They are present there since that
time. Japanese dragon clan emerged from the Tang dynasty in China. So we can trace
their origin back to the Yellow Emperor, that is correct. 

Q. In the Chinese history, the legendary 3 emperors in the beginning of the history
approximately 7000 years ago, is it a true story?

A. In the ancient times, Chinese civilization was influenced by a certain cosmic
race. Many of those were early emperors were in contact with that race. So it was
before the written history.
